The Torah Witness Scrolls document what Mashah was instructed by AL YHUH to preserve for the latter days. Each scroll establishes one part of the witness: Torah's boundaries, AL YHUH's true identity, Mashah's unique authority, Yshral's failed function, Moab's inversion and mockery, of AL YHUH and the binding oaths.
